I made this CD in a recording studio and there is about 17 minutes on the first track and about 30 minutes on the second track. Before I play my bowls I will meditate and channel the type of music that I want to play.
One of the bowls is a Crystal singing handle bowl and it is for opening your 3rd eye or your all seeing eye/your GOD's eye. The other Crystal singing bowl is for adjusting and opening your Chakras; that is if needed. The music is for some deep meditating.
